About Align Swim:

Align Swim is a sustainable, slow fashion swimwear brand creating timeless and thoughtful designs for women who value quality and confidence. We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, engage our community, and support marketing efforts through creative content and ad-hoc graphic design.

Your Role:

As our Marketing & Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for growing Align Swim’s brand across social media while supporting marketing initiatives. You’ll create engaging content, oversee digital campaigns, and occasionally assist with graphics for the website, newsletters, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with launches, seasonal trends, and marketing goals.
  • Plan, create, and schedule photo, video, and written content across Instagram, TikTok, & more.
  • Curate user-generated content (UGC) and collaborate with influencers for content production.
  • Grow our following through organic engagement, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Strategise and execute marketing campaigns and collaterals
  • Design marketing materials for newsletters, website banners, and promotional content.
  • Update website graphics as needed for product launches and campaigns
  • Assisting with adhoc administrative duties

Requirements

✔ Passionate about fashion, swimwear, and sustainability.
✔ Skilled in social media content creation & engagement.
✔ Strong knowledge of Instagram and Tiktok.
✔ Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
✔ Experience in digital marketing and social media advertising is a plus.
✔ Creative, adaptable, and able to work independently!
✔ Love our brand!

🎨 Bonus if you have:

– Experience with Meta & TikTok Ads.
– Photography, videography, or video editing skills.
– Familiarity with Shopify for website updates.
