Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Studio Assistant to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll not only be supporting the studio’s day-to-day operations but also assisting with various brands under our umbrella. This position will involve both creative and administrative responsibilities, with a focus on customer support, including handling inquiries via email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations, ensuring the workspace is organized and well-maintained.
- Respond to customer inquiries and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication across the brands.
- Oversee and manage online orders, coordinating with our warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist in preparing garments for fittings, photoshoots, runway shows, and client presentations.
- Manage shipments from our production house to external warehouses, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Support event planning and coordination for brand presentations, shows, and exhibits.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a studio or creative environment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in managing customer interactions via email.
- Proficiency in basic office software, including Google Workspace.
