Role Overview
As Sales & Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving ticket sales, launching strategic campaigns, and expanding into new sales channels such as corporate bookings, school groups, and tourism partners.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Strategy
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals
Ticket Sales & Channel Growth
• Drive both B2C and B2B ticket sales
• Develop partnerships with corporates, schools, and travel platforms
• Build and manage affiliate or referral programs
Promotions & Seasonal Campaigns
• Plan and launch seasonal offers
• Work with the marketing team to develop high-converting content
Experience Optimisation
• Improve guest journey and conversion flow
• Analyse feedback and suggest data-driven changes
Partnerships & Outreach
• Pitch to new B2B clients and expand outreach efforts
• Attend industry events and represent the brand
Reporting & Analysis
• Maintain sales dashboards and performance reports
• Evaluate and improve campaign ROI
Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in sales, business development, or growth roles
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Bonus: Experience in hospitality, events, or tourism
