Job Description

  1. Creative Direction: Collaborating with creative teams to develop concepts and execute visual designs that align with the brand’s objectives and marketing strategies.
  2. Design Oversight: Leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring the visual elements meet the creative brief and brand standards.
  3. Team Collaboration: Working closely with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to brainstorm ideas, develop campaigns, and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  4. Client Interaction: Presenting ideas and designs to clients, incorporating feedback, and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their vision.
  5. Project Management: Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  6. Trend Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, design techniques, and technology advancements to bring innovative ideas to the table and maintain competitiveness.
  7. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and sometimes knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools depending on the role requirements.
  8. Leadership and Mentorship: In the case of an Art Director, providing guidance and mentorship to junior creatives, ensuring their growth and development within the team.
