About the Role:
As a Senior Account Executive at Assemblyclan, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of luxury brand storytelling. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion, beauty, and social media to lead and inspire our teams in delivering exceptional creative work.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities, including:
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with high-profile clients, including celebrities and international brands.
• Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive campaign strategies, aligning with client objectives and brand identity.
• Project Management: Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final delivery, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
• Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding an internal creative team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Collaborating with the creative team to translate client briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Feedback Management: Effectively communicating client feedback to the internal creative team, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Communication: Effectively communicate with both internal and external teams, resolving issues and ensuring seamless project execution.
• Creative Brief Development: Crafting detailed creative briefs that outline clear campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
• Budget Management: Accurately estimating and managing project budgets, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Resource Allocation: Optimizing resource allocation, including staffing and external vendor management.
• Project Tracking: Utilizing project management tools to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Team Coordination: Collaborating with the creative team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Client Feedback Management: Effectively communicating and implementing client feedback, ensuring alignment with the project vision.
• Social Media Trend Analysis: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends on platforms like Instagram and TikTok to inform creative strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in social media campaign production and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media platforms, and digital trends.
• Active user of Instagram and TikTok.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative excellence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
• Graphic design skills (Photoshop and Illustrator) are a plus.
• Prior experience in PR is advantageous.
