Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing & Community Manager to drive the brand presence of BW.LAND, Bytebuddy, and nurture our growing community. This role combines creative marketing strategies with hands-on community engagement to build and maintain strong relationships with our users across multiple platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for BW.LAND and Bytebuddy
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and posts to drive followers, platform adoption, and community growth
  • Work with our creative team to produce engaging content across various channels to market our metaverse platform and character IP
  • Track and analyse marketing metrics to optimise campaign performance
  • Lead community engagement initiatives on Social Media
  • Moderate community channels and ensure adherence to community guidelines
  • Organise and host virtual events within BW.LAND to drive user engagement
  • Gather and synthesise community feedback for product development team
  • Foster meaningful discussions and maintain an active, positive community atmosphere
  • Host physical community events
  • Develop compelling social media, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Create and maintain content calendar for all platforms
  • Produce regular community updates and announcements
  • Craft educational content to help users navigate BW.LAND platform

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and community management
  • Track record of growing and engaging online communities
  • Understanding of Web3, gaming, and metaverse ecosystems
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools
  • Proficiency with design tools (Canva, CapCut Photoshop) for content creation
  • Experience managing communities on Telegram, X, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms

  • Based in Singapore (preferred)
  • Singapore Citizen, PR, LTVP (preferred)
