Position: E-Commerce & Livestream Manager (Part-Time / Freelance)
Brand: Brixx Derma – Beauty-Tech Skincare Devices
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Singapore-based preferred)
Commitment: 3 days per week | Flexible working hours

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented individual with experience in e-commerce store management and livestreaming. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of managing online stores, optimizing product listings, and engaging customers through dynamic livestreams. As part of our team, you will help elevate our beauty-tech and wellness products by driving online engagement and delivering seamless shopping experiences. Your expertise in digital commerce will be key in showcasing our cutting-edge products and connecting with our audience, ensuring that Brixx Derma continues to thrive in the digital space.

 

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Storefront Management (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Shopee)

          • Maintain up-to-date product listings, pricing, inventory, descriptions, and images across all platforms.
          • Coordinate restocks and ensure smooth product availability in line with marketing pushes.
          • Set up Shopify-exclusive promotions such as bundles, upsells, and landing pages.
          • Ensure consistency and high UX across all storefronts.

Campaign Participation & Visibility Boosting

          • Register and manage campaign participation (e.g. Shopee Payday, TikTok Mega Sales, platform-wide promos).
          • Deploy strategies to increase verified customer reviews and maintain high shop ratings.
          • Utilise campaign tools like vouchers, flash sales, and sponsored listings to drive visibility and sales

Livestream Operations

          • Source and manage livestream creators (KOLs, freelancers, agencies) aligned with Brixx Derma’s tone and brand goals.
          • Plan and coordinate livestream schedules based on product priorities and platform campaigns.
          • Align streamers on brand messaging, promotional offers, and stream goals.
          • Track livestream performance metrics to guide future improvements.

Cross-Team Coordination & Performance Tracking

          • Work closely with the team to ensure alignment on visuals and campaign messaging.
          • Monitor shop analytics and campaign performance; provide weekly updates with insights and suggestions.
          • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to keep Brixx Derma competitive.

Who You Are

        • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, livestream management, or online operations (Shopify experience is required).
        • Keen or strong familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop Seller Centre.
        • Great with timelines, checklists, and self-management.
        • Confident communicating with livestreamers, creators, and internal teams.
