Job Description


  • Primary KPI – Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Advertising industry, and competently convert them into revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Effectively communicate the agency’s value of services to prospective clients through presentations and meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
  • 70% business development 30% account client servicing.



  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales of creative agency services.
  • Strong understanding of agency services in the Advertising industry.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a mid-to-senior account servicing or BD role in a creative/advertising agency environment.
  • Professionally fluent in English (spoken and written).
