Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Cadency Consulting, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies for our clients, engage with their audience to boost their online presence. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams and content creators to ensure cohesive and effective digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing event attendance, brand awareness, and engagement.
  • Content Marketing: Plan, create, and optimize engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media, blogs, email, and the company website.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyse performance metrics.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, event announcements, and promotional emails, to nurture and engage our subscriber base.
  • SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO). Manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase website traffic and conversions.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide regular reports and insights to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Community Building: Foster a sense of community among our digital audience through engagement initiatives, contests, and user-generated content.
  • Partnerships and Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with relevant sports influencers, partners, and affiliates to expand our reach and promote our events.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that deliver the highest ROI.


  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
