Someone who thinks big, designs better, and understands how to connect with an audience through scroll-stopping visuals and stories. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive CAL’s creative direction while also executing across key platforms — from social media and digital campaigns to video and branded content. Job Description

• Lead the creative direction across branding, marketing, digital, and campaign touch points

• Conceptualise and execute high-impact, performance-driven campaigns aligned with business goals

• Design and oversee content across all social medial platforms including Little Red Book, paid ads, EDMs, landing pages, and in-store displays

• Develop video-first content strategies and personally edit or oversee social videos

• Integrate digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, etc.) into content planning and execution

• Guide and work closely with our junior designer, and external partners to ensure consistency and quality

• Prepare storyboards, visual plans, and assets for monthly shoots

• Collaborate with ops, and production teams to drive campaign results

• Manage brand visual consistency while pushing for fresh, relevant creative ideas

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a creative agency or high-performance in-house role

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and campaign work that drives engagement

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Ability to execute visuals and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, XHS)

• Knowledge of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM)

• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills

• Up to date with visual and social trends across platforms

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese preferred (to support Little Red Book content)

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in beauty, wellness, or fashion/lifestyle brands

• Familiarity with web layout (Figma, Shopify, Webflow)

• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
