We’re a Singapore-born aesthetics brand, 6 years in. We run a medispa, we’re opening a new aesthetics clinic, and we’re brewing a skincare product launch. We move fast, care about results, and tell warm, human stories around evidence-based care. We’re hunting for a passionate, hands-on marketer who loves both strategy and execution, collaborates tightly, and ships work that makes a splash.

Job Description

The Role
You’re the key point of contact for campaigns & ads. You turn business goals into sharp ideas, clear briefs, shipped assets, and learnings we can act on. You’ll co-run socials, rally KOLs/partners, run our eDMs, and help steer production so everything lands on time and on brand.

What you’ll do
Campaigns & Ads (your priority): Own the plan, creative angles, briefs, and delivery for brand/product launches and promos. Liaise with our media agency, keep tests rolling, and share a simple weekly “what worked/what’s next.”
Socials (IG, TikTok, Little Red Book): Co-run with our marketing team—calendars, posting cadence, and platform-native ideas.
KOLs & Partnerships: Source, pitch, and track creators/brand collabs that fit our vibe; build simple give/get deals that drive results.
eDM / Newsletter: Run a bi-monthly newsletter and key flows (e.g., birthdays). Clear copy, tidy lists, UTMs and GA4 so we learn.
Production & Strategy: Help steer shoots in a team effort (storyboards, shot lists, talents call sheets) and keep assets moving through edit to publish.
Website & Landing Pages: Brief landing pages on our WordPress & external Leadpage platform; partner with Web/Analytics on SEO basics, tracking, and conversion tweaks.
Brand Consistency: Keep visuals cohesive while pushing fresh, relevant creative ideas.

You’ll thrive if you have
Real experience running campaigns & ads (agency, brand, or your own business) and a habit of delivering on time.
Channel chops across Instagram, TikTok, and (bonus) Little Red Book.
Detail orientation & deadlines: meticulous, organised, and calm under pace—80/20 bias to ship, not perfection paralysis.
Strong marketing writing (social/eDM) and clear comms with designers, editors, and partners.

Big pluses
Design/videography/editing skills (Canva/Adobe, Premiere/CapCut).
Experience in beauty, wellness, or fashion/lifestyle.
Tools: Notion, WordPress, Leadpages (Webflow/Shopify also welcome).
Chinese proficiency to support LRB content.
