Operation Associate – HK Based (remote/hybrid)

Job Purpose;
To assist in managing activities involved within the operational aspect of Camp Beaumont & Inspiring Learning in Asia.
Key role responsibilities and accountabilities;
- Site Set ups
- Creating base activity programmes
- Collating and creating activity folders
- Observations & Spot checks of activity staff
- Onsite training and development for activity staff
- Completing support visits and necessary paperwork
- Allocation of training modules & updating staff FLOW records
- Assisting the bookings team with customer service enquiries
- Assisting of development of new and existing activity content
- Completing, updating, and creating site specific risk assessments
- Communicating with school faculty members, such as Facility managers
- Ensuring the alignment of framework against content, paperwork, and equipment
- Working alongside recruitment & onboarding to facilitate returner staff placements
- Adapting current site-specific policies & procedures to meet the needs of the product
- Delivering updated training to staff members based upon trends of the accident analysis
- General warehouse help with tidying, deliveries, orders, stock invents & replenishment
- Attending School visits, away days, functions and open days to positively promote Inspiring Learning products
- Attending camps to be a positive and professional presence, helping where necessary and joining in with activities.
- Any other task reasonably assigned by your management
Typical Knowledge, skills, and experiences
- Legal to work at the country applying and we DO NOT provide any work permit or visa for applicant not within the country.
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive and able to work in a multinational team
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin (optional)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt own style as required
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Operational Fields
- Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach with the ability to use own initiative to suggest improvements and facilitate change.
