Job Description

Customer Service Executive – Full Time

We’re looking for a meticulous and independent individual to join our team.

You will be in charge of attending to customer’s emails

  • Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
  • Handle and resolve customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Process exchanges, returns and issue credits
  • Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Handle and process customer’s exchanges and returns efficiently

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Customer-orientated and passionate
  • Ability to solve issues efficiently
  • Has a high level of professionalism, work ethics and honesty
  • Meticulous

Requirements:

  • Strong command of English
  • Basic Excel Skills required
  • Able to work independently
  • Min education: Diploma preferred
  • Minimum commitment of one year
  • Required to work on weekends
  • Only Singaporeans or Perm Residents
