About the Role

We’re looking for a design-savvy and imaginative Creative Content Executive to lead the creation of visuals and graphics that bring our brand to life. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes aesthetics, understands visual storytelling, and enjoys turning creative ideas into high-impact designs for digital channels.

You’ll be the go-to person for producing eye-catching assets from social posts and ad creatives to presentation decks and campaign visuals. If you love experimenting with colours, layouts, typography, and motion, we want to hear from you.

 

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Content Creation

  • Create engaging visual content across formats: static posts, carousels, infographics, product visuals, story templates, and more.
  • Design and adapt assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emails, and marketing materials.
    Collaborate with the marketing and brand team to bring campaigns to life visually.

Graphic & Digital Asset Development

  • Work within brand guidelines while evolving the visual identity where needed.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all platforms and content types.
  • Edit and retouch images as needed for campaigns or product features.

Motion & Video (Bonus)

  • Create simple motion graphics (GIFs, animated social posts, etc.) for digital use.
  • Assist with video edits or layouts for reels, TikToks, or ads using tools like CapCut, After Effects, or similar.

Light Copy & Content Support

  • Occasionally support short-form copy like headlines, captions, or visual text on graphics.
  • Collaborate with copywriters or marketing teammates to align visuals and messaging.

 

Requirements

  • Proficient in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, Canva, or equivalent.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design work for digital channels, especially social media.
  • Excellent eye for layout, typography, composition, and branding.
  • Able to work quickly and iterate based on feedback in a fast-paced environment.
