Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and dynamic Marketing & Content Executive to join our team. This role is integral to shaping our brand’s presence, driving engagement, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing and ecommerce operations. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for storytelling, collaboration, and results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute seasonal promotions and launches.
  • Track the performance of campaigns and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
  • Contribute to email marketing efforts, including drafting and scheduling newsletters.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

 

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision and objectives.
  • Create high-quality and engaging content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts.
  • Stay updated on trends to craft innovative and relevant content, particularly for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency.

 

KOL and Brand Collaboration Management:

  • Identify, outreach, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
  • Plan and execute collaborations to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage partnerships, and co-branded campaigns.

 

External Vendor and Service Provider Management:

  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets and services.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies, freelancers, and other service providers.
  • Ensure projects are executed within budget and timelines.

 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing external relationships.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and marketing metrics.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic video editing skills and familiarity with social media trends.
  • Passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends and customer behavior.
