Job Description:
- Responsible for a series of pre-sales activities, including customer engagement, solution presentation, business value exploration, and market analysis.
- Understand customers’ needs, clearly articulate solution value propositions, quantify benefits, and provide actionable guidance.
- Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to expand market share or penetrate new markets, while consistently communicating market feedback to the product team to enhance solution quality and market fit.
- Conduct intelligence gathering to address various risk scenarios faced by global enterprises and local companies.
- Assist in developing and delivering industry-specific intelligence solutions through extensive market research and risk identification, utilizing skills such as intelligence analysis, data analysis, and social engineering.
Qualifications:
- Strong passion and dedication to combating fraudsters.
- At least 3 years of working experience in pre-sales, anti-fraud, security operations, security development, intelligence analysis, or other security-related fields. Industry knowledge and experience in E-commerce, Financial, FinTech, or Internet sectors are a plus.
- Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in data and intelligence analysis.
Strong customer communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. - Demonstrates strong learning abilities and excellent teamwork skills.
- Possesses a collaborative mindset and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with remote teams.
- Proficient in oral and written English and Mandarin.
