Job Description
We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Creative Strategist (Meta/TikTok) who wants to make a real impact on a fast-growing wellness brand.
This role is for a strategic marketer who understands logic, persuasion and content strategy for direct-response sales.
You will own the creation and performance of our Meta and/or TikTok ads and guide each project from ideation to final video, while coordinating with videographers and content creators.
Who this role is NOT for:
This is not a role for someone who views ad creatives as a purely creative role, or a matter of “trial and error” alone.
Do not apply if:
- You make decisions based on “gut feel” or what’s “trending”, without reference to performance data.
- You see ad creation as purely a creative/artistic process, without grounding in sales psychology.
- You are uncomfortable with structured data analysis, and performance metrics.
Who it’s for? You’ll thrive here if:
- you understand the logical flow of selling – how to build attention, interest, desire and action in a short-form video.
- you are systematic and process-driven, iterating creatives based on performance data.
- you can manage multiple ad projects, working with creators and videographers to get the final videos done.
- you understand how to analyse Meta/Tiktok ad statistics (ROAS, CTR, CAC) and can explain why one ad outperformed another.
- you are excited to learn, grow, and eventually lead a team as the company scales 80%+ year on year
What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ownership of the Ad Pipeline – build and maintain a steady flow of new ads, ensuring there are always structured tests running and new winning creatives ready to scale
- Selling & Storytelling – apply direct-response marketing principles to ad creation, ensuring a logical flow that drives attention, builds desire, and converts into sales
- Creator Management – liaise with content creators in Australia and the US, and provide clear structure and briefs for them
- Data-Driven Decision Making – analyse results, and iterate creatives based on results to continuously improve performance
- Project Management & Execution – manage end-to-end process for script → filming → edit → launch and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure that the projects move forward
- Team Coordination – work with content, design, and product teams to create high-quality campaigns on time.
- Multi-Geography Execution – adapt campaigns for different markets (US, SG, etc.) while keeping brand voice consistent.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in direct response eCommerce marketing
- Strong grasp of direct-response advertising and how to structure ads for conversions.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical ability
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple content creators
- Proactive, detail-oriented & excited to grow alongside a fast-scaling company
Details:
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore.
Remuneration: ~5-6k SGD per month (may vary based on experience)
Commitment: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm)
