Job Description

As an 3D Interactive Generalist/Artist, you should be able to:

  • Develop 3D models based on the production pipeline and optimize complex assets to meet project requirements.
  • Create 3D animation sequences and assets to be used in cinematic and interactive contexts.
  • Develop textures and surface detailing for 3D characters and object models to achieve the desired visual appearance.
  • Execute and composite scenes and frames to develop high quality visuals with the desired effects to achieve the artist vision and technical requirements of production.
  • Create animation rigs for models to depict realistic or stylized motions.
  • Design level-specific game environment and gameplay elements to support the game narrative and enable audience interaction.
  • Arranging and dressing an environment to look appealing for artistic use, including lighting and VFX placement.
  • Import and export of assets between relevant programs for use in other software and game engines.
  • Lead comprehensive research and analyze research findings to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Design or implement tools for asset creation and asset pipelines to support interactive development.
  • Translate technical goals into broad technical areas and/or aspects and/or modules that would need to be focused on.

The candidate we are looking for should have:

  • A Diploma or Degree in relevant field (we may consider fresh graduates for a trainee role).
  • Have experience working on Unreal Engine.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Maya, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, Substance Painter and Unity.
  • Demonstrate the tenacity to problem-solve and actively seek solutions.
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and solutions.
