Role Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Account Executive to drive client success through innovative digital marketing solutions. You’ll manage multiple client relationships while orchestrating impactful campaigns across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with up to 5 clients
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client objectives and challenges
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications
- Mentor and guide interns in client management best practices
Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Plan and manage clients’ social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Drive organic engagement and paid campaign performance
- Optimise content and creative assets to maximize ROI
- Monitor industry trends and integrate innovative approaches
- Set up competitor analysis and social listening initiatives
Content & Creative
- Oversee end-to-end content campaign execution
- Create engaging ad designs and organic posts using Canva or Adobe Suite
- Develop compelling copy for marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications
- Guide and review intern-created content
Analysis & Reporting
- Establish and track relevant KPIs for each client
- Prepare and present weekly campaign performance reports
- Analyse digital campaign effectiveness
- Create detailed performance presentations using Google Slides
- Manage tender submissions with team support
Required Experience & Skills
- 2-3 years of digital marketing agency experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
- Excellent project management and analytical abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and creative tools
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
