About

    We are a growing retail and e-commerce business, our mission is to inspire creativity and mindfulness by offering a wide range of beautifully crafted crystals for displays, accessories, and DIY projects, empowering you to manifest your dreams.
    This role involves working independently on tasks while also collaborating with other team members to manage and follow through on customer orders, both online and offline. You will play a crucial role in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, fostering a positive workplace culture with team bonding activities and ensuring smooth operations in our growing e-commerce business.

Job ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Recruitment: Develop job descriptions and manageĀ  job listings across various platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate all phases of the hiring process
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new hires and provide ongoing training to support employee development
  • Team Engagement Initiatives: Organize and execute monthly team bonding activities, ensuring each event to be successful and engaging
  • Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases efficiently
  • Manage Payroll and Manpower ResourcesĀ 

Operations

  • Strategically Manage Financial and Material Resources
  • Standardize Processes: Regularly review and update SOP and ensure compliance to maintain high standards of the company under your supervision
  • Streamline and Improvement Processes: Lead initiatives to enhance operational processes to boost efficiency and streamline workflow
  • Operational Knowledge: Understand and oversee company operations. This involves invoicing, order processing, fulfillment of customerā€™s order request and customer service
  • Daily Housekeeping Duties
  • Other Ad-Hoc Duties as Assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • High initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Computer software and social media platform knowledge (Instagram, MS Office, Google Softwares, Excel) required
  • Crystals knowledge not necessary but will be beneficial
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR and/or operations required
  • Number of workdays: 5 days (9am-6pm)
