Job Description
We’re Hiring: Junior Designer & Designer (2–4 Yrs Experience)
We’re looking to fill two design roles on our team—one at junior level, and one for a designer with 2–4 years of experience. These roles are rooted in communications and strategy, with a strong emphasis on research, narrative-building, and experience-making.
We’re not just looking for visual executors. We’re looking for designers who can think, question, and shape ideas—and who are interested in how design operates across content, space, and experience.
Our work is intense and research-driven—we go deep into context, behaviour, and systems before arriving at design outcomes. It’s layered work, and we need people who value both strategic thinking and solid fundamentals.
01 — Junior Designer
Experience: 0–1 year
As a Junior Designer, you’ll support the team across research, concept development, and design execution. You’ll help translate ideas into visual and narrative outputs across branding, communications, and experience-based projects. We are looking either for a strategic designer with either a focus on spatial design or graphic design.
You’re someone who:
Has formal training in graphic design, visual communication, or spatial design.
Has a good grasp of design fundamentals—layout, typography, composition.
Is curious and willing to engage in research, reading, and observation.
Can organise ideas and information clearly, both visually and verbally.
Has an interest in areas beyond graphic design (e.g. writing, spatial, content).
Is open to feedback and comfortable working through iterative, sometimes intense processes.
02 — Designer
Experience: 2–4 years
As a mid-level Designer, you’ll take on a more active role in shaping project direction. You’ll work closely with the team to develop strategic thinking, define communication approaches, and translate research into design systems and experiences.
You’re not just executing—you’re helping frame the problem and build the response.
You’re someone who:
Has 2–4 years of experience in a studio, agency, or multidisciplinary environment.
Has a strong portfolio that shows both thinking and execution—not just final visuals.
Is comfortable working through research, synthesising insights, and forming clear points of view.
Can develop communication narratives, content structures, or experience flows.
Has strong fundamentals in at least one area: graphic design, communications, writing, or spatial design.
Is confident articulating ideas and working collaboratively with different disciplines.
Is interested in how people engage with design—through content, space, and interaction.
What We’re Like
We work deeply—with clients, collaborators, and each other. Our process often starts with research, fieldwork, and unpacking context before moving into ideas and execution. A lot of time is spent thinking, questioning, and refining.
Our work spans across different fields—from experience design and spatial work to branding, communications, and content. It’s intense, high-touch, and requires people who are comfortable with both ambiguity and rigour.
We value designers who bring a strong core skill, but are also willing to stretch beyond it—into writing, spatial thinking, systems, or storytelling.

We’re excited to meet designers who are thoughtful, grounded, and interested in doing the deeper work behind design—not just the surface of it.
