Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Under the marketing and operation team, you will in charge of marketing, inventory, admin and customer service management
• Manage daily operational activities related to e-commerce, marketing and customer
• Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize the e-commerce platform, improve the user experience.
• Manage marketing campaigns and strategy across all B2B and B2C platforms
• Manage and set-up e-commerce listing on various platform and livestream to ensure smooth operation
• Collaborate with the team to create compelling visuals that supports marketing objectives
• Act as a liaison between drivers and customers and provide the necessary support to ensure smooth operations and good customer service
• Identify and collaborate with PR and Influencers to curate content for brand awareness, engagement and conversion
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or equivalent
• Independent and flexible in taking on new task.
• Candidate must possess good communication skills
• Flexi Working hours, 5 days work week
• Training will be provided
• Design and creative background is a plus
