Job Description

We’re looking for a Community Lead who knows how to bring people together — not through fluff or forced hype, but through meaningful connection, smart conversations, and genuinely curated fun experiences.

You’ll be tasked to help us grow different ecosystems of curious, capable people who care about good ideas and even better execution through thoughtful programming.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan & Execute Events:
Design, organize, and host community events — from intimate creative salons and workshops to larger gatherings that spark real exchange.
  • Grow Communities:
Build and nurture a network of curious thinkers who like engaging in meaningful conversations and activities, while keep conversations alive across channels and in person.
  • Engage & Activate:
Keep the pulse of members, create touchpoints that feel human and are of interest to them while in line with wider goals and objectives
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
Work with and align various stakeholders to create meaningful community initiatives
  • Listen & Learn:
Gather insights and feedback from the community to help shape future programming, partnerships, and communications.
  • Operational Excellence:
Handle logistics, budgets, and timelines for each event — from concept to wrap-up — ensuring every detail feels intentional and well-executed.

What Success Looks Like

  • A growing, active network that feels like a movement — not a mailing list.
  • Consistent engagement and collaboration across our ecosystem.
  • Community-driven ideas feeding into future brand and creative projects.
  • Smooth execution of events from start to finish, with positive feedback from stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • A connector at heart — you thrive in conversation, know how to make people feel seen, and love building bridges between disciplines.
  • Strong in execution — you turn concepts into experiences with clarity and precision.
  • Culturally aware and creatively curious — you understand what makes Singaporeans tick and you enjoy understanding systems, societal issues and the perspectives of others
  • Comfortable working independently but collaborative in spirit.
Someone who believes that community is not a department — it’s a culture.

Fresh grads welcome.
