Who We Are

Somewhere Out There is more than a festival — it’s a new tradition to celebrate life’s quiet magic and wild joy. On 16 August 2025, beneath the open sky at Fort Gate, friends, families, and strangers will gather to dance, explore, and rediscover music and art. Rooted in presence and driven by curiosity, Somewhere Out There invites you to escape, connect, and find the magic in the great unknown. Job Description

Here are a few ways you can get involved:

Setup
With a little muscle and a spark of creativity, you can help build the festival from the ground up.

Arts
Support our local artists and bring installations and performances to life.

Brand Activation
Help brands connect with festival-goers in memorable ways.

Registration/Ticketing/Usher
Be the smiley face — welcome guests and help them navigate the festival experience.
