Job Description
To deepen, widen and strengthen CMAS’ Education and Community Engagement work – specifically through CMAS’
- Chamber Music Residencies
- The Glasshouse comes ALIVE ! for preschoolers
- The Glasshouse comes ALIVE ! in the community
- The Glasshouse Engagement Sessions (workshops) for beneficiary children & youths
- The Glasshouse programmes and content
- masterclasses / workshops / one-on-one mentorship
- Programmes for Youths
- NAC-AEP programme
- and more
To achieve the above through strategy development, planning and effective execution of
- relevant Marketing campaigns
- related PR efforts
- related Fundraising endeavours
- grant organisations including foundations ie. grant research, planning, applications and reports
- private individual and corporate donors ie. donor development and care
- public ie. crowdfunding
- relevant Partnerships Development
- educational organisations
- beneficiary organisations
- ground-up communities
- and more
- related Financials
- consistent review and healthy management of CMAS funds in relation to CMAS’ Education and Community Engagement work
- other related administrative and technical works
> completing work pieces within the above work scope as assigned by Executive Director of CMAS
