We are expanding and opening a marketing arm, and we are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Junior Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and managing multiple companies’ social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Responsibilities
– Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives for multiple brands.
– Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels promptly and professionally.
– Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
– Conduct thorough analysis of competitors’ social media presence, content strategies, and audience engagement to identify opportunities and refine our approach.
– Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure social media initiatives are integrated seamlessly with other marketing efforts.
– Analyze and report on social media performance metrics regularly, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
– Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
– Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
– Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and extract meaningful insights.
– Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Prior experience in analyzing competitors’ social media strategies is a plus.
– Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or a strong passion for social media marketing are encouraged to apply.
