Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated proactive winner who loves everything entertainment to join us in Singapore.

The candidate will assist the Managing Director in the advancing, setup and operating of pop-up merchandise stores/booths and online stores in Singapore and the region.

What you will do:

  1. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and our crew of sellers for pre-event set up and post event teardown.
  2. Source locations for potential pop-up stores.
  3. Oversee import and export of all domestic and international shipments.
  4. Managing and taking inventory of stocks at event and warehouse.
  5. Provide professional customer service in handling all customer enquiries, orders and deliveries.
  6. Manage day-to-day maintenance, operations and fulfilment of our Shopify online stores.
  7. Execution of digital marketing – including email marketing, social media and online advertising.
  8. Perform related tasks, including office administrative work.

What you bring:

  1. Good command of English, written and verbal communication skills
  2. Meticulous and excellent attention to detail
  3. Passionate about pop culture, entertainment and social media
  4. Customer service savvy, personable, approachable and articulate
  5. Experience in either retail, marketing and event management
  6. Diploma or Tertiary education minimum
  7. Strong IT skills, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Shopify, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Basic photography knowledge is a plus.
  8. Self motivated, able to work independently, dedicated and able to multi-task.
