Job Description
Fashion Executive (Design & Communications)
Contract Role (3 Months)
Location: Singapore
Reports to: Creative Director, Head of Product, and Marketing Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Fashion Executive (Design & Communications) to join our team on a 3-month contract. This role supports both the design and communications functions — assisting in the creative development of collections, managing visual assets, and executing marketing content that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and storytelling.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to bring campaign ideas to life, ensuring brand consistency across both product and communication touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Design Support
- Assist in the development of seasonal collections — from moodboard creation to sample management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams on sample tracking, fabric sourcing, and design revisions.
- Organize fittings and maintain updated design documentation (line sheets, lookbooks, product information).
- Support in styling, visual merchandising, and photoshoot preparation.
2) Communications & Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing campaign and content shoots.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and creative partners.
- Draft and edit marketing copy for website, social media, and email newsletters.
- Support content scheduling and asset management across platforms.
- Contribute to brand storytelling through visual and written content that aligns with brand identity.
- Plan and coordinate brand and retail events, from concept to execution.
- Liaise with media partners, PR contacts, and collaborators to secure coverage and partnership opportunities.
3) General Support
- Provide administrative and creative support to the Creative Director.
- Assist with ad-hoc design and communication projects as needed during the contract period.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in fashion, creative, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong eye for design, detail, and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Understanding of social media and digital content trends.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Contract Period: 3 months, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time.
Start Date: As soon as possible
