WY-TO Singapore is a holistic built environment design practice that specialises in developing integrative experiential frameworks for sustainable cities in the context of tropical equatorial Southeast Asia climates. Our accumulated local and regional projects include Masterplans and Place Visioning, Interpretive Design for Museums and Exhibition Journeys, Commercial and Office Environments, and Tangible and Intangible Heritage. Theoretically supported and research-based, our design strategies are implemented with local insights and a clear understanding of enabling liveability in high-density urban conditions. Job Description

The role:

WY-TO is seeking experienced and resourceful individuals to join us as Graphic Designer (Communication Design).

We are looking for an energetic, passionate about design, driven and highly competent professional who is passionate and committed to join our growing talent pool and make a difference to the success and future of our Company and Clients.

Well-versed in both print and digital media, you’ll create beautiful and accessible visuals to inspire, engage and excite from concept to execution across many platforms. We’re a multidisciplinary Creative team of Architectural, Interior and Exhibition designers who collaborate closely with each other, passionate about crafting experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a consistent Visual Identity and Branding Guidelines for an existing brand and that include visual look and graphic style, brand colours palette, typography, infographic
  • Design and develop its website, produce layout and prepare final artworks
  • Develop and Implement complete Graphics for a Permanent Exhibition including interpretive panels, labels, environmental graphics
  • Generate FA and oversee fabrication
  • Work closely with enthusiasm and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with other in-house Creatives to ideate and execute design solutions
  • Accountable for deliverables and overall quality and design consistency across all platforms
  • Manage the execution of all creative deliverables in line with project schedule and deadlines
  • Ensure best practices production and design processes

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor in Visual Communication or equivalent with a Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator…) and MS Office
  • Strong creative thinking and concept development, and able to think out of the box
  • Accuracy and attention to details, with strong knowledge of preparing artwork for print
  • An awareness, understanding and interest in global design and competitor trends
  • A developed eye for typography and layout, with a natural finesse for colours and composition
  • An up-to-date awareness of innovative software and tools, especially in creating websites
  • A self-starter with a proactive and hands-on attitude
