Key Responsibilities:
– Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily operations, including court bookings, retail sales, and cafe services.
– Client Services: Verify client sign-ins, manage court availability, and manage the CRM system.
– Coach Scheduling: Coordinate coach schedules to optimize class offerings and ensure efficient workflow.
– Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of equipment and supplies.
– Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain the retail shop.
– Marketing Support: Assist with creating social media content to promote our services.

Qualifications:
– Interest in Tennis: Strong interest in tennis and a solid understanding of the sport, including equipment, techniques, and tournaments.
– Retail Experience: Previous retail experience preferred.
– Language Skills: Fluency in English and Chinese.
– Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Friendly Demeanor: Friendly and approachable demeanor, especially when interacting with children.
– Education: Business sports management diploma, degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
