To be considered for this internship-to-full-time opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Commitment: Must be available full-time from 3 June to 5 September.
- Conversion Ready: This internship will lead to a full-time role, so applicants should be recent graduates or in their final semester, with the ability to transition immediately after the internship.
- Citizenship Requirement: Due to work authorization constraints, this role is open only to Singaporean citizens.
- Portfolio Submission: A design portfolio must be submitted in advance for screening as part of the application process.
- Assessment Process: Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a 1.5-hour design test onsite at our office, followed by a 30-minute interview on the same day.

We are seeking a passionate, tech-curious, and creative Graphic Design Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with our Senior Graphic Designers and Head of Creative, playing a crucial part in bringing our Marketing team’s vision to life through compelling visual design. Furthermore, you will be at the forefront of exploring and testing the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools into our asset production workflow. This internship is ideal for a budding designer eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing, design, and emerging technology in a supportive, mentoring environment.
This internship offers a strong potential pathway to a full-time Junior Graphic Designer position. Successful performance during the internship and alignment with company needs will lead to consideration for permanent employment.
What You’ll Dive Into:
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Designer, Head of Creative, and members of the Marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging strategies, translating these requirements into effective visual designs.
- Design Execution for Marketing: Assist the Senior Graphic Designer in creating and modifying visual assets specifically for marketing initiatives across various platforms (digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, print collateral, presentations, etc.).
- AI Tool Utilization: Employ designated AI-powered design tools as part of the standard workflow for asset creation and modification, under the guidance of the Senior Designers and Head of Creative.
- AI System Testing & Exploration: Play a key role in testing, evaluating, and providing feedback on new AI features and workflows for graphic design production. This includes experimenting with different tools, prompts, and techniques.
- Documenting AI Findings: Help document best practices, challenges, and potential applications discovered during AI tool testing and usage.
- Visual Research: Conduct research for inspiration, stock imagery, typography, competitor analysis, and current design trends, including how AI is influencing visual styles.
- Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas that align with marketing goals and potentially leverage AI capabilities.
- Revisions & Feedback: Implement design revisions based on feedback from the Senior Designer and Marketing stakeholders, maintaining high attention to detail.File Management & Preparation:
- Assist in organizing digital assets and preparing design files for both digital and print outputs, including formats potentially optimized by AI tools.
- Brand Consistency: Learn and rigorously apply brand guidelines across all design work, ensuring visuals strongly support the brand identity within marketing contexts.
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field, preferably in the Recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Commit to the program duration of 13 weeks, starting from June 3, 2025, to September 5, 2025.
- A portfolio showcasing strong design skills, creativity, and a good understanding of fundamental design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
- Please provide a link to your online portfolio.
- Strong proficiency in creative tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
- A demonstrable interest in and curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and its application in creative fields.
- Prior experience tinkering with AI image generation or editing tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Magnific AI, etc.).
- Strong desire to learn, a proactive and experimental attitude, and openness to constructive feedback.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with different teams.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines (with guidance).
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing (Premiere Pro) is a plus
