We’re looking for a Showroom Sales & Client Experience Executive to be the face of LavaVella in our Singapore showroom. This is a role for someone who loves people and design in equal measure, and who thrives in both sales and service.
What you’ll do
Welcome and engage showroom visitors, guiding them through LavaVella’s collections
Respond to WhatsApp and online enquiries promptly, nurturing them into sales
Prepare quotations, invoices, and receipts when needed
Proactively follow up with leads and build strong client relationships
Provide updates on order timelines and ensure clients feel cared for at every stage
Maintain showroom presentation and displays in line with LavaVella’s ethos
Support with order tracking, stock-taking, and light operational tasks
What we’re looking for
A natural flair for sales and client connections
Excellent communication skills; warm, professional, and attentive
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
Previous experience in retail, interiors, design, or luxury customer service is a plus
A love for interiors, craft, and design

Meeting showroom and monthly sales targets
