We’re looking for an organised and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team, supporting project management, client communication, and studio operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with our creative and project teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
Role Overview:
As the Accounts Executive, you’ll be responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of client projects. You’ll work closely with the studio team to track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring everything stays on track and meets client expectations. This role will also involve communicating with clients regarding project progress, assisting with project-related queries, and providing a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Support:
Work closely with project managers and creative teams to ensure all aspects of client projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Client Liaison:
Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Assist with client communication, updates, and follow-ups.
Project Scheduling:
Help manage project timelines and deadlines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and any potential delays are flagged early.
Client Documentation & Reporting:
Assist in maintaining project documentation (e.g., contracts, project briefs, change orders) and ensure all client feedback is properly recorded and acted upon.
Quality Control:
Ensure all deliverables meet the quality standards of the studio and align with the client’s expectations. Support the team in reviewing designs before they’re presented to clients.
Client Satisfaction:
Monitor client satisfaction throughout the project, addressing any concerns and ensuring clients are happy with the progress and outcomes.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to ensure smooth internal communication, resource allocation, and project tracking.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination, client management, or a similar role (preferably in a creative studio or agency).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
A proactive attitude and the ability to problem-solve in a well-paced environment.
A keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with the creative process and understanding of design concepts and workflows.
Basic knowledge of design or branding principles is an advantage.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs or project requirements.
