Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily operations of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon) to oversee products, optimize user experience, and drive online sales growth.
– Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Xiao Hong Shu.
– Identify relevant social media trends and creatively adapt them to align with our brand values and messaging.
– Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, scripts, and content calendars that support campaign objectives.
– Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize future content for maximum reach and engagement.
– Manage and update content schedules to ensure timely delivery and publication across all social platforms.
– Plan, schedule, and execute future live-streaming sessions to demonstrate products, engage audiences, and convert viewers into customers.
– Be comfortable appearing on camera when required, or assist team members or talent during live streams and content creation.
