Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream & Coffee and Singapura Otter are seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Intern to join our team. We are an independent specialty ice creamery and lifestyle brand, dedicated to crafting delicious experiences. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our brands and can help us create exciting and engaging content to connect with our audience and expand into new markets.

What you will do:

Develop engaging and creative social media content (photos, videos, captions) that captures the essence of the Creamier and Singapura Otter brands.
Assist with managing our social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, XiaoHongShu, etc.) including scheduling and posting content, responding to comments and messages, and running social media campaigns.
Research and brainstorm new content ideas and marketing initiatives to promote the brand, including new products and market expansion.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Assist with other marketing activities as needed, such as creating email campaigns, designing flyers, and managing events

What you bring:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good command of written Chinese is a bonus.
Creativity and passion for social media marketing.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
A genuine love for ice cream and coffee!
