About the role
This is a part-time, 4- to 5-month contract (secondment) with a leading global tech company renowned for its short-form mobile video platform and digital content innovation.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support the B2B marketing efforts of a leading short-form video platform. This role involves supporting the Singapore business marketing team by executing go-to-market (GTM) activities and coordinating events. The role requires hands-on support across event logistics, stakeholder coordination, and agency management to ensure the smooth rollout of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
GTM Planning & Execution
Support the implementation of business marketing events involving existing and new clients in Singapore.
Agency Coordination
Brief and manage creative agencies for event collaterals, digital assets, and other marketing materials. Handle ad-hoc requests efficiently.
Promotional Materials & Logistics
Manage and execute the production, distribution, and inventory of promotional items in collaboration with the Sales team.
New Clients
Support lead generation efforts and outreach to new clients via contact list development.
RSVP & Guest Management
Manage event invitations, track RSVPs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
Work mode
3-day work week (in-office), with schedule subject to change during event weeks.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or digital content coordination
Familiar with social media, email marketing tools, and basic reporting (Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage project timelines, coordinate with agencies/vendors, and handle event logistics
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Able to be on-site for key event days
Immediate starters preferred
