  •        Seek and identify prospective clients independently through various push lead generation methods to targeted segments using social and digital marketing as well as telemarketing.
  •        Contribute to support marketing activities to generate qualified sales leads and publicity to IQ Dynamics’s products and services.
  •        Share market insights and thoughts generation with marketing to support sourcing of new business opportunities
  •        Assisting in pre-qualification of enquiries, preparation of proposal and diligent follow ups
  •        Learn and perform solution showcase to prospective clients to share product capabilities through product demonstrations
  •        Drive the closure of deals through solution selling with clear and compelling value propositions
  •        Build and develop a long-term partnership with clients and business partners.
  •        Prepare sales forecasts and report to sales director regularly.
  •        Achieve sales objectives assigned

Requirements

  •        Excellent communicator, good listening skills (presentation and writing)
  •        Highly motivated, outgoing, and upbeat phone skills, enjoy speaking with people
  •        Positive mindset and a keen learner, training will be provided.
  •        2 years relevant experience in IT solution selling will be an advantage.
  •        Entry level candidate with strong motivation and good attitudes may be considered
  •        HR Personnels who have prior project experience in implementing their company’s HR systems, and are looking at switching careers to sales are welcome to apply
  •        Candidate with business management or digital marketing knowledge, prior inside sales experience, with strong phone presence will be an advantage.
  •        Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing or IT
