Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content concepts that resonate with our target audience across diverse formats (written, visual, video)
- Craft compelling copywriting for various marketing materials across all platforms (social media, website, email, print, and more)
- Conceptualise and design high-quality graphic assets for print & digital for various marketing materials across all social media platforms, website, email marketing, print, packaging, catalogues, advertisements and more
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all social media channels through visual design and messaging
- Create engaging motion-based content for social media platforms (eg Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube) adapting formats for different channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s brand, vision and target audience. Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines for a consistent and cohesive experience
- Collaborate with internal teams (eg Sales, Operations, Product Development, Customer Support, and any other relevant teams) to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
- Develop graphics for promotional campaigns, product launches, and events, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring prompt delivery and meeting deadlines
- Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to remain competitive and innovative in the field
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing
- Diploma in Marketing or related field is required
