Job Description

As a Marketing Intern at Rental Hygiene Services, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional hygiene solutions and customer satisfaction.

You will have the creative freedom to help shape growth and brand plans for the company.

This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, contributing to brand growth, and enhancing customer engagement.

This role reports directly to the management and customer success team leads.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Visual Arts, Design, Media, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in visual art and graphic design tools like Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • Experience in photography with an eye for composition and storytelling is a plus.
  • Understanding of social media management tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Prior internship or coursework experience in marketing or business strategy preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute a comprehensive brand marketing plan: Take the lead in developing and implementing a strategic brand marketing plan, encompassing market segmentation, competitive analysis, and innovative positioning strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
  • Lead the development of compelling sales collaterals and marketing assets: Develop high-impact sales collateral materials, presentations, and digital assets tailored to various customer segments and sales channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, value propositions, and customer success objectives.
  • Drive digital media engagement and brand visibility: Lead digital media management efforts by developing and executing dynamic content strategies, monitoring online presence and customer interactions. Utilize platforms such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and others to establish a strong online presence, including engaging article posts, improved features to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Conduct rigorous market analysis and performance reviews: Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to conduct thorough market assessments, analyze consumer behavior trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and identify key growth opportunities, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and embark on new innovative projects: Spearhead special technological projects in the industry and initiatives aimed at exploring new business streams, and capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities, contributing to the continuous evolution and strategic advancement of the brand in the marketplace.
