Job Description

Looking for meticulous persons who wish to join us, in the death trade as an administrative assistant to help support us in serving bereaved families in times of need.

Job Duties

  • Data entry
  • Editing of notice and photo
  • Printing of collaterals
  • Replying to family texts as and when possible
  • Doing up invoices and chasing of payments when needed
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, sorting /compiling of documents, and etc..
  • To assist in all other ad-hoc administration matters as and when required.

Requirements

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Skills – Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of Google Drive.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn and be proactive in work.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Prior experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role would be an advantage.
  • Preferably able to start immediately or within a short notice.
  • Prior experience in accounting roles is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva or other editing tools is also an added advantage.
    Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
