Someone who is creative yet structured, able to visualise a brand experience and likes to experiment with new ideas. Taking best practices from across industries and implementing it into a growing brand helps to drive the lifespan forward.
Creating new brands like UMAI is developed across departments, and we are looking for someone who thinks from the bottom up. You will get the opportunity to implement marketing strategies and develop new concepts with the business team to drive awareness and build brand equity for the long term.
What you will do:
Develop marketing strategies through in-store and social media mediums, working with our creative team and operational teams from ideation to execution.
Capitalize on the brand’s creative direction and work with the team to set business objectives and achieve targeted growth
Be able to identify market gaps and opportunities, with a good understanding of budgeting and sales analysis.
Aid in international expansions of the brand working with the various teams in the planning and pre-opening stages.
We are a young team from the 90s, and would like to onboard likeminded individuals ready to bring a new dimension to the team.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree from a School of Business
At least 2 to 4 years of Business/Marketing/Advertising background
Enjoys browsing social media sites, and probably a fan of Pinterest/other creative sites
Outgoing, with a confident delivery of verbal and written communication skills
Pleasant disposition, Great people skills with a team spirit mentality
Open for short travels in SEA region to meet up with our overseas partners
Willing to listen to ideas and share opinions with members of the team
