Key Responsibilities
- Write and manage internal communications
- Manage external communications across online, offline, and customer touchpoints to ensure a consistent brand voice
- Support and coordinate charity events and community initiatives
- Uphold and evolve the company’s brand voice across all platforms
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields
- 2 to 4 years of experiences in communications, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong writing skills across digital and print platforms
- Able to manage multiple projects, follow up promptly and meet tight timelines
- Empathetic, organized, responsive, with a passion for meaningful work
