Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
Client Communication Support
Respond to basic client queries via email, phone, or WhatsApp and direct complex inquiries to the appropriate consultant.
After-Service Client Support
Assist with post-appointment follow-ups, scheduling, and helping clients with forms or general information.
Administrative Tasks
Perform data entry, update client records, prepare simple reports or documents, and support day-to-day office operations.
General Support
Assist with ad hoc duties such as organizing digital files, preparing materials for meetings, or sending reminders — help organized and focused on client needs.
Requirements :
– Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or related field preferred
– Previous admin or assistant experience a plus, but open to fresh candidates
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
