Who We Are

Must Company SG is an IT firm established in Singapore as part of the global expansion strategy of its parent company, Must Fintech, in Korea. We provide System Integration (SI), System Management (SM), and customized IT solutions across various sectors such as Fintech and PropTech. As a newly established entity in Singapore, we are in the early stages of building our operational and organizational capabilities, including establishing a strong HR function to support our growth. We aim to further expand our business into key international markets such as Dubai, the United States, France, and Japan.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Specialist to join our team and support the development of our HR function from the ground up. This role will involve a mix of recruitment, employee relations, administrative support, and implementing HR policies and procedures to help build a strong and cohesive team in Singapore. You will play a key role in ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly as we expand our team and presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for new hires.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices in alignment with local regulations and company standards.
Support the administration of employment contracts, employee records, and compliance with labor laws in Singapore.
Handle employee relations matters, including managing employee queries and resolving workplace issues.
Coordinate payroll activities in collaboration with finance, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing.
Assist with the application and renewal of work passes (EP, WP) and other employment-related documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and company events.
Monitor and manage CPF contributions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights on recruitment, retention, and employee performance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR, preferably in a startup or IT environment.
Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Experience with payroll administration and CPF management is a plus.
Familiarity with work pass application processes (EP, WP) in Singapore is an advantage.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Chinese) are beneficial.
