Job Description
- Research, plan and execute and manage media campaigns and ensure the media plans and campaigns meet clients objectives and KPIs
- Ensuring that campaign plans aligns with client or company objectives
- Ensure campaigns go live in a timely manner, monitor campaign, provide optimisation analysis and reporting
- Media touchpoints cover Outdoor, Print, Digital (Meta), Tik Tok, Programmatic, Google Search to name a few
- Monitoring the performance of online and offline advertising campaigns and reporting the results to relevant stakeholders
- Researching the current media landscape and keeping up to date with the latest media trends
- Determining the most suitable media mix given the nature of each client’s business, budget and preferred advertising media
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, advertising platforms and influencers where needed
- Campaign set up on digital platforms where needed, example Google, Meta, Tik Tok, StackAdapt to name few
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics if possible
- Work alongside internal team members to manage internal communications, client meetings and budget allocation for assigned accounts
- Organise and implement the day to day media planning process
- Coordinate with clients and internal on getting approval for media plans, creative assets etc.
- Familiar with campaign related metrics and media buying process
- Lead media-related client meetings where needed, ensure WIPs are in place and reports are presented to the client on the slated timelines or when needed
- Leverage on tools or resources when needed to research and plan for client campaigns, including competitive analysis where needed
- Manage client media billing approval, invoice reconciliations and ensure cost estimates are done up and shared with client for approvals
- Participate and support in pitches as and when needed
Requirements
- 1 to 2+ years media planning experience as Planner; needs to have been in digital planning capacity or similar related experience in media agency or integrated agency
- Demonstrated presentation and writing skills
- Experience negotiating with and managing vendors
- Experience evaluating and recommending strategy and placements for digital campaigns
- Proficiency with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Documents
- Full service agency or media agency experience preferred, but not required
