Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video content suitable for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Douyin, Xiao Hong Shu, and LINE.
• Identify relevant social media trends and creatively adapt them to align with Kele’s brand values and messaging.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, scripts, and content calendars that support campaign objectives.
• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to inform strategy and optimise future content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Manage and update content schedules to ensure timely delivery and publication across all social platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and execute future live-streaming sessions to demonstrate products, engage audiences, and convert viewers into customers.
• Optional: Be comfortable appearing on camera when required or shoot live streams and support to other team members or talent featured in content.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and passion for content creation are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in video shooting and editing; experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) is advantageous.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required, in order to effectively engage with diverse audiences and produce culturally relevant content.
• Familiarity with all major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Douyin, Xiao Hong Shu, and LINE.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• A team player who is proactive, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience managing content calendars and collaborating with other creators or stakeholders will be an added advantage.
