Job Description:
We are looking for two enthusiastic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and driving brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok, Lemon8 & XHS etc.)
• Ability to storyboard video concepts, shoot simple videos, edit videos and adapt to various social media platforms
• Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns
• Interact with followers and respond to social media inquiries promptly
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency
• Be aware of the latest social media trends and craft content accordingly

Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
• Videography and simple post editing skills required
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Preferably to be comfortable in front of the camera
• Preferably younger candidates who are up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media

Education:
• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
Working Hours:
• Flexible availability for non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
• Remote working option
• Minimum of 16 hours a week on-site
