Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Marketing Manager to join our creative playground to nurture and expand our partnership with a prestigious Japanese fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be the brand’s steward, ensuring that our content and strategies resonate with the brand’s core values, cultural nuances, messaging, and identity, thereby enhancing its public image and amplifying brand visibility.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Servicing:

Engaging in project management duties
Attending meetings with clients
Delivering presentations
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the client’s overall business objectives.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities.

Brand Development:

Shape and maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity for for the brand
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to optimize online visibility and drive e-commerce sales.

Traditional Marketing:

Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Develop and implement print and broadcast campaigns to reach target audiences.

Customer Engagement:

Create and implement customer engagement programs to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral and tools that support the selling process.
Analyse sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage marketing budgets marketing and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role
  • Background in fashion industry preferred
  • Passionate about Japanese culture
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Resourceful in problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excel at multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and a good eye for visual aesthetics and design
  • Familiar with diverse media channels
  • Photography and video editing skills a bonus
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and relevant social media ads managers
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative campaigns that drive long-term results
