Job Description
Responsibilities-
Admin / Office
β Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings
β Maintaining and proper filing of general office files, including job files,vendor files and other files related to the Companyβs operations
β Purchasing and managing office supplies, equipment and furniture, including pantry and cleaning supplies
β Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
β Attend to telephone enquiries promptly
β Supervise the cleaning vendor
β Liaise with Facilities Management department on maintenance and repairs
HR
β Lead and work with management on all human resource matters in the company
β Application and coordination of government and other grants
Finance
β Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking
β Management of payments and company IRAS submissions
β Management of staff payroll, including CPF submission and IR8A submissions
β Prepare reports, as required, for submission
Others
β Report and work with Managing Director / General Manager on any other human resource, finance or office management related duties
Requirements
β At least 3 years of related experience in a similar role
β Good proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, and able to adapt and use software applications
β Bilingual and knowledge of other spoken language will be an advantage
β Able to prioritize, problem-solve and is meticulous in follow through
β Independent and a good team worker
