Job Title: Creative Content Specialist

Location: Pasir Panjang

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Sales Director

 

We are seeking a highly creative and driven Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling sales proposals tailored to client procurement requirements across various media types, including video, animation, mixed media, immersive technology, and educational content. This role demands a balance of creativity, research acumen, and commercial awareness to ensure that all proposals are not only innovative but also aligned with budgetary constraints and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Proposal Development: Write and design persuasive sales proposals for client procurement submissions across various formats, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.

– Creative Ideation: Develop and present creative concepts and ideas to clients that are both innovative and financially viable. Proposals should leverage current trends and emerging technologies.

– Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, client needs, and market conditions to enhance the relevance and impact of proposals and creative ideas.

– Budget Awareness: Ensure that all creative proposals are feasible within client budgets while maximizing profitability for the company.

– Utilization of GenAI Tools: Embrace and integrate Generative AI tools in the development of proposals and ideas, leveraging technology to enhance creativity and efficiency.

– Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and compelling presentations that align with overall company strategy.

– Accountability & Discipline: Maintain a high level of accountability and discipline in meeting deadlines, managing tasks, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all work.

– Client Interaction: Engage with clients during the proposal process, providing insights and adjustments as needed to meet their expectations and secure contracts.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, Business, or a related field.

– Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a creative sales writing, business development, or a related role.

– Proven track record of developing successful sales proposals in media, technology, or educational content sectors.

– Strong research skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable proposals.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Proficiency in using Generative AI tools for creative development is highly desirable.

– Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.

– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

– High level of accountability, discipline, and punctuality in daily tasks.
